Collection

 Over the summer I have been collecting Shopping List since I work in Waitrose. It quite interesting to see what people 'need' to buy. I only started this collection because when ever I was clearing up items I would always find shopping list somewhere. I have set rules though 1. I do not ask people if they have shopping list or if I can have it because I do not want to know who it belongs to it's kind of fun just guessing if it was a male or female how old they may be by just looking at what they were buying and their handwriting style. 2. I have to find it myself only.

My other collection is finding travel tickets that I can use for the day I have no set rules on this hahaha if I somebody wants to give me their travel ticket then fine by me because it means free travel and that has happened. you will be amazed if you just look down on the floor.

short, natural and simple but with a slight twist

I decided to cut my hair...It's been a while now but I'm just posting it. I decided to cut it because I got bored of my hair and also it was quite heavily damaged, especially for a black girl it's not a good sign at all. I did not cut it to this length straight away I gradually got to the length I am now. I would say I look very different from other typical black girls that's for sure ...and I got sick of straightening my hair and just damaging it so much just to get it straight and long and it was starting to thin! I just had this stupid mentality that I had to have it long and straight to look pretty...but my boyfriend loves my new hair now hehehehe. I say keep it short, natural and simple but with a slight twist ;).

Check out my new baby. I seriously love charity shops, guess how much I got this for........well I can tell you I got this for £7.00 like a few weeks ago. I got it as I was going to work, it's in perfect condition and I've used it already the ink is slightly running out but I can still manage to get a sentence out of it when I press hard enough. Also I think it's a bit weird how these typewriters don't have an exclamation mark or a number one. But I have figured out how to make an exclamation mark, just basically combine the apostrophe and reverse back and add the full stop and wallah. Anyway I'm very happy with my purchase.

It's been too long

Hey I'm back ...officially done with uni work, now ready for the summer ..4 months of it that is :D. But it's been so stressful especially last week..it was insane, all I kept on thinking about was work ...I lived breathed and ate work.
But funny enough it feels weird not doing any work now...It feels like I should be given another brief...Which I will soon for the summer for illustration...I managed to pass my first year of GMD, I'm happy and grateful.Seriously though I need to work harder 2nd year ...I seriously procrastinate too much!

Stuck in my house once again.....I really do hate snow seriously I used to love it, but now I just like to look at it. I just hate when you have to walk outside and the Ice afterwards oh gosh! That's a mission I tell you because I refuse to slip and fall which has happened in the past unfortunately...BOOOOOO SNOW!

aha! Moving on the image that you see is a 'rough' image of what I will be doing in Illustrator...I'll post the finished clean version on a later date when I have actually started on it. Funny how I'm meant to be doing my uni work instead and it's due on Monday! I actually want it to snow harder on Monday so I don't go in! I might as well use the snow to my favour even though I despise it (side glance).

I got into LCC for Graphic and Media Design...

Funny enough I forgot to check the tracking thing on UCAS and today my tutor asked if I checked it and I said yh so just he wouldn't give me that "look" lol. Anyways he told me to check it.. and I did and wallahhhhhh I got an unconditional :D

..damn it!

I had a portfolio review today with LCC (London College of Communication) for Graphic and Media Design, the funny thing was I didn't realise it was today eeeekkkk until a good friend asked me if it was today and I checked my letter and it was!

By luck my ink for my printer came yesterday! (took long enough but it was for £4.99 on amazon so I was not expecting first class delivery lol).I was printing like mad doing loads of sticking and editing. I managed to sleep at around 5am and let me tell you I was not a happy bunny when I woke up 3 hours later! I kept on thinking 'ahhhhhh 5 more damn minutes!' I should stop doing that though because I always end up leaving my house late, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the station...if only the station was around the corner lol but then again I don't.

I got there just in time! Literally! phew...

When I got home I went to sleep, I've never been so happy to see my bed and I fell asleep within a few seconds (y).

But anywho I hope I got in if not then they made a big mistake lol, then again I did apply for other places so it's not like it's the end of the world!
