VAT Hike

This is for my part 2 of my illustration project at uni ...These are just some of my initial ideas where I want to concentrate on David Cameron and the vat hike I might add Nick Clegg, perhaps make a story about it ha! But I want to add more colour to it and perhaps make it as a mini pop up book not sure.
